There is no doubt that we all want to see a change in our lives and particularly in certain things that matter to us. And in our attempts to create a change in those areas of life that matter to us, we may sometimes feel like we require a major turn of events. I have felt that way many times but what I found is that, in most cases, a real change won't come as a result of a major event.
What often seems like a major event to us is nothing but the outcome of a consistent activity over a period of time. Therefore, a real change comes when we pay more attention to time and what goes into time.
A real change comes from a timeline of consistent activities.
Decide to commit to a daily, weekly or monthly consistent activity required for this change to become a reality. Without a commitment to a consistent activity, all we have is time to wait until we reach the end of our timeline. And when we wait and do nothing, nothing happens. But by doing something consistently in the direction of the change we desire, we build momentum towards the realization of that change.
